JUNE 2022 - AUGUST 2022

Began my time at HOBO Audio as an intern for the summer of 2022. During this time I learned how the studio operated and shadowed sessions. During this time, I began to engineer sessions with another engineer present and then engineer the voice-over sessions with Paul Christie for the Discovery show “Gold Rush” and it’s spinoffs alone. During this time I also learned how to edit dialog and use tools such as the “Izotope RX” suite and “WAVES Clarity Vx Pro” to clean raw dialog. I also became proficient in stock music editing and began to work on projects contributing to the effects editing. I also completed stock music searches for clients for advertisements. During this time I shadowed and worked on content being made for film, tv, and advertising.
